Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The sanitizer Lemon disinfectant neutral cleaner used in the food establishment is not approved for use. Operator was using in place of the sanitizer buckets for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces. Label states that disinfectant is not to be use for ware washing food contact surfaces, harmful if swallowed.
Only use chemical sanitizers approved for food contact surfaces that meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180.940 and 40 CFR 180.2020 . Operator set up bleach water for sanitizer for correction. Correct By: 08-Oct-2020
