Todays inspection was a pre-opening inspection for the above mentioned STFU. The unit was found as submitted in the plan review application Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Adequate hot/cold holding equipment is housed in the STFU. Test kit and sanitizer are on board. Hot water capacity was verified. This unit is clean and well organized. Check # 1003 for $160.00 was received by CG today for the annual food service license fee. You shall have two paid ($90.00) operational inspections between now and April 30, 2023. An "Intent to Serve" document was left with the owner/operator for future use. You shall also keep a copy of your inspection reports and SOP's on the STFU for review by the inspectors in the jurisdictions that you will be operating in.
