| This is a routine inspection. At this time, all hot and cold holding temperatures are within the safety zone. Proper hand washing, hair restraints, and glove use observed. PIC is knowledgeable about proper food procedures. Proper separation and datemarking were observed throughout facility. Cooler thermometers, food thermometers, and test strips are available. Sanitizer is at acceptable levels. Beck's Pest Control services the facility monthly; no pest activity observed during inspection. Employee health policy in effect. This facility is extremely clean and well maintained. No violations at this time. |
