Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed eggs being stored above uncovered raw pork.
To prevent cross contamination, eggs shall be kept on a shlef next to or away from raw pork but not above and eggs can be stored above raw chicken in cooler.
Action Taken: Staff moved eggs to a different shelf to prevent contamination of pork and other foods.

3-305.11 / FOOD STORAGE
Core Item Observed rice and flour being stored in their bags on the floor of the kitchen.

Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed cooked beef uncovered in walk-in cooler next to door with no cover above it to prevent contamination, observed fried rice noodles in dry storage area outside of shelving and uncovered open to contamination from surrounding boxes.
Remove food from this location or provide alternate methods to protect food from contamination.
Action Taken: Staff covered ground beef and noodles to prevent possible contamination

The facility was cluttered due to limited space. Observed proper hand washing and glove use. All hot and cold holding temperatures were observed in the safety zone.
