The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

Facility is clean and well organized.
Manager demonstrated knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
HACCP verification performed for roast cooked to internal temperature of 138F.
Proper heating temperatures observed.
Observed proper hand washing and glove use while handling ready to eat foods.
Sanitizer concentration is proper per manufacturer.
All foods are from an approved source.

There are no violations to cite and there is no need for a follow up at this time.
