Provide dressing rooms or storage lockers for employees to change and store their clothes.
Action Taken: The manager relocated the sweatshirt to the designated clothing storage area. The prep area was then washed, rinsed, sanitized. Correct By: 25-Apr-2017

This is a routine inspection. All cold and hot holding temps were within the safety zone. Observed proper hand washing, hair restraints, and glove use. Time is used as a control for lettuce and tomatoes; time is indicated by stickers. This facility is clean and well maintained.
