Priority Item Repeat Corrected During Inspection Repeat x 2 Raw meat stored among and above cooked ready to eat food, raw fish stored among cooked noodles in the walk in cooler.
Store ready to eat food below and away from ready to eat food. in an approved location.
Action Taken: PIC placed raw animal product in an approved location.

3-304.14 / WIPING CLOTHS AND WORKING CONTAINERS, USE LIMITATION
Core Item Corrected During Inspection Wiping cloth observed lying on cutting boards in the kitchen area.
Store wiping cloths in container of sanitizer solution when not in use.
Action Taken: PIC stored above noted cloth in a sanitizer solution.

5-205.11 / USING A HANDWASHING SINK
Priority Foundation Item Repeat Corrected During Inspection Repeat x 2 Handsink being used to store liquor bottles in the bar area and it is not available for handwashing.
Train food employees that handwashing sinks shall not be used for any other purpose than handwashing.
Action Taken: PIC removed bottles from HW sink to make it available.

This is a routine inspection. No follow up for today.
Blocked handwashing sink is on repeat x2, Cross contamination is also repeat x2 ,
if repeat x3 an enforcement follow up will be conducted along with a $104 dollar fee.
