This is a routine inspection. At this time, all cold holding temperatures were within the safety zone. No hot holding at this time. PIC is knowledgeable about proper food procedures. Proper thawing observed in 3 Door RIC. Proper hand washing and hair restraints observed. Rose Pest control services the facility monthly. Food thermometers, cooler thermometers, and test strips are available. Sanitizer is at acceptable levels. The facility is clean and well maintained. No violations at this time.
