Employees shall use single-use gloves, utensils, bakery papers or other approved means when handling ready to eats foods.
Action Taken: Wings were tossed and employee was educated on proper food handling techniques.

3-501.13 / THAWING
Core Item Corrected During Inspection Cod observed being improperly thawed via room temperature air.
Adjust procedures or methods to properly thaw foods.
Action Taken: Cod was at a temperature of 45 degrees. PIC placed cod in WIC and instructed employee on proper thawing techniques.
