Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection A CONTAINER OF CHICKEN GUMBO IN THE WALK-IN COOLER WAS LABELED WITH A DISPOSITION DATE THAT WAS ONE MORE DAY THAN IS ALLOWED.
PLACE DATES OF DISPOSITION THAT ARE NO MORE THAN ONE DAY OF PREPARATION PLUS SIX DAYS HOLDING FOR ALL READY TO EAT POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS.
