The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Observed proper hand washing and glove use while handling ready to eat foods. Sanitizer concentration is proper. All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Employee demonstrated knowledge of proper heating temperatures. Observed active managerial control via temperature logs for equipment and foods. There are no violations to cite and no need for a follow up at this time.
