4-501.11/GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION Repeat X2: Bison cold-top reach-in does not maintain proper holding temperatures as ambient temp is 47-53F towards front due to right door does not properly close tight, has broken gaskets and is taped to keep gasket on. There is ice build-up on back due to moisture entering from the loose door without a tight seal. Repeat 3X: Unit has been partially fixed but the doors do not close tightly and loosen off when opening. Maintain equipment in good repair. Correct By: 21-Oct-2019 Action Taken: Unit is fixed and ambient temp is 38F. New gaskets and screws into doors to shut close. |
