This facility is extremely clean and organized. Today's inspection during fish fry Fridays (September - June). Food was being prepared for dinner service. Hot and cold holding units were in the safety zone during the inspection. Excellent separation observed of raw meats and ready to eat foods. There are no violations to report at this time.
