Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and well organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. Proper glove use and hair restraint observed. Previous Priority Foundation violation, 4-302.14 Test Strips, corrected upon arrival. Previous Core violations; 4-204.112, 6-301.14 and 6-501.12, corrected upon arrival. No violations to report at this time.
