Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed cooked ribs in the walk in cooler being stored on a rack with raw ribs above it.
To prevent cross contamination store all cooked food on a separate rack or above all raw foods.
Action Taken: Staff rearranged the racks to remove the cooked ribs from being contaminated by raw animal product.

Comments
This was a routine inspection of the facility. This facility was not in compliance with the FOOD CODE and a follow inspection will be required. Due to repeated priority violations this facility will be required to come in for an office conference and pay a $104 fee. Upon inspection it was also observed that there was a pest problem with cockroaches and drain flies, operator stated they had Terminex out recently, the facility is providing the local sanitarian with summary of work done and invoice from pest control services.
