This was a routine inspection. Facility is very clean and very organized. PIC is knowledgeable of duties. Observed proper hygiene practices. Food is from an approved source. Hot and cold food is received from Northwester High School. This establishment does not cook or prep any hot or cold foods. This establishment is exempt from Food Safety Manager certification per State rule. Observed an approved sanitizer. No violations were cited today.
