The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. High temperature dishwasher is operating per manufacturer specs. Sanitizer concentration is proper. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Observed proper separation while handling raw burger and ready to eat foods. Observed proper hand washing. There are no violations to cite and no need for a follow up at this time.
