One (1) Priority violation & five (5) core violations were cited at today's operational routine evaluation. The Priority violation was corrected at once. Cathy was the PIC today. There is a health policy in effect. There is no printed menu; mainly fried foods are served here. This aged establishment was found to be sanitary & orderly. The southernmost ice bin & the ice maker's drain lines go into the basement, which is not accessible. It could not be determined whether they are air-gapped, or not. It is accessed from the outside & kept locked. PLEASE PROVIDE CERTIFIED FOODSERVICE MANAGER INFORMATION - NAME AS IT APPEARS ON CERTIFICATE & EXPIRATION DATE. |
