--Bonnie & Max were the PICs at a routine operational evaluation conducted this afternoon. No violations were cited. --This facility continues to be very clean & neat, with good practices continuing to be known & observed again to be in use. --A health policy is in effect. --Potentially hazardous foods checked were in the temperature safety zone - see chart.
