Todays inspection was a non operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your Area Sanitarian at 810-257-3848. The cold holding equipment was found maintaining safe food temperatures. The hand sink is properly supplied. A health policy is in place and is enforced. There are no violations to report at this time.
