| Todays inspection was an pre-opening change of ownership evaluation. All hot and cold holding equipment was found operation at safe temperatures. Sanitizer levels were found in compliance The hand sinks were properly supplied and used. Repair the wall surface across from the walk in cooler, walk in freezer. Repair the ceiling surface above the Gibson reach in freezer. SOP's were found in order. No equipment was changed from previous owner to the new owner. Check # 1006 for $720.00 (for the annual food service license) was received by CG on 3/10/22. There are plans to remodel the Subway portion of this food service establishment in the next six months. You shall submit a remodel application and remodel fee PRIOR to any construction taking place.
