Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Handsink being used for holding an extra water bucket during inspection and is unavailable for proper handwashing.
Train food employees that handwashing sinks shall not be used for any other purpose than handwashing.
Action Taken: Staff removed the bucket that was stored in the hand sink.

Comments
Following the previous inspections this facility has maintained cleaning standards and is much more organized. This facility was using proper cooling methods as well as reheating temperatures. All hot and cold holding temperatures were observed in the safety zone.
