The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection. The facility was very clean and well organized. All foods are from an approved source. Proper heating temperatures were observed. All holding temperatures were observed to be within the safety zone during the inspection. Sanitizer is EPA approved and at the correct concentration per manufacturer.
