This facility is clean and organized. All cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper hair restraints observed. Time as a control is used for creamer (pitchers) and stir spoons. Time indicated on pitchers and documented on countertop for stir spoons. There are no violations to report at this time.
