This was a routine inspection of the facility. The facility staff was observed using hand washing, hair restraints and gloves. All hot holding temperatures were observed in the safety zone. This facility had a down walk in cooler and will require a follow up inspection to ensure that the facility repairs the walk in cooler. A maintenance team was on site during the inspection, the follow up will occur 06/11/2021 to enure work was properly done. |
