Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection The deli meat slicer is excessively soiled with dried food debris; ice wands are soiled stored in the walk in freezer.
Wash, rinse and sanitize above noted item.Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition.
Action Taken: PIC washed, rinsed and sanitized note items.

4-702.11 / BEFORE USE AFTER CLEANING
Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The dishmachine had an empty bucket of sanitizer and detergent and was not able to sanitize food contact surface. .
Place empty buckets with new ones so the dishmachine can sanitize food contact surface properly.
Action Taken: PIC replaced buckets. Dishmachine was able to sanitize properly
