4-702.11 / BEFORE USE AFTER CLEANING Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The dishmachine had an empty bucket of sanitizer and detergent and was not able to sanitize food contact surface. . Place empty buckets with new ones so the dishmachine can sanitize food contact surface properly. Action Taken: PIC replaced buckets. Dishmachine was able to sanitize properly |
