Core Item The fryers of the exhaust ventilation hood system is heavy with grease acumulations.

Core Item Repeat Two (2) ice machines need deep cleaning due to soil accumulation and slime onto internal parts of both machines. *See attached pictures.
Disassemble the internal components of both icve machines to thoroughly remove and clean soils. Repeat cleaning at an increased frequency to preclude the growth of mold and soil accumulations. Correct By: 15-Mar-2019

One repeat violation cited today. The facility is overall very clean with the exception of the ice machines and hood filters - please see pictures attached to file. Same menu is in place: deep fried frozen foods, burgers, chips, and popcorn offered along with alcoholic beverages. Chlorine test kit and thermometers are available. All other areas in substantial compliance.
