The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and well organized. Observed proper handwashing, glove use and hair restraints being used. All hot/cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during todays inspection. Proper heating temperatures were demonstrated during inspection.
