Todays inspection was a pre-opening inspection for this NEW food service establishment. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your area your Plan Review Specialist. All cold holding equipment was found maintaining safe food temperatures. Sanitizer level was found in compliance. Waste receptacles for refuge and grease have been provided as required. The hand sinks were properly supplied with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel. Check # 1004 for $720.00 (annual food service license fee) was received by CG on 8/22/22. Final Permit Approval: Electrical 8/16/22 Mechanical 8/9/22 Plumbing * the owner will e-mail/text the final plumbing approval sticker to the plan review specialist. The violation cited today was discussed with the owner. Correct the violation as noted in this report. You are approved to operate as the NEW owner of this food service establishment.
