Core Item Continental Reach in Cooler was not maintaining temperatures below 41 degrees, the unit was observed at 46 and the food inside was at 44 degrees, the food was moved to a cooler that was maintaining temperatures.

This was a routine inspection, the facility was overall clean and organized. The staff was observed using masks, hair restraints, and gloves. The facility was educated on Covid-19 procedures. All hot holding temperatures were observed in the safety zone and most cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone.
