Todays inspection was a pre-opening, change of ownership inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report please contact your Plan Review Specialist at 810-257-3848. Notes: The menu has been provided. Cold holding equipment was found maintaining safe temperatures. The hand sinks were properly supplied with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel. The facility was found operating according to the submitted Standard Operating Procedures. Two core violations were cited today which does not require a follow up inspection. Correct the violation as noted in this report. Check # 0102 for $270.00 was received by CG on 1/5/22 for the food service license. The hours of operation are: Monday - CLOSED; Tuesdays 6:00 a.m. - Sundays 10:00 PM. You are approved to operate as the NEW owners of this food service establishment. |
