Comments
Karlee's certified food manager training was updated today. Main food supplier is GFS. Thermometers available for all units and food thermometers are on hand. Date-marking system is utilized and consistent. Food is protected in storage and kept dry, clean, and off the floor. All other areas in substantial compliance. 2 Priority foundation violations cited today with one corrected on-site and the other requiring a follow-up for a chlorine test-kit. A picture of the purchased chlorine test kit can be sent via email to yyoung@gchd.us or text a picture to my cell at: 810-347-7192.
