TODAY'S VISIT IS TO CONDUCT A ROUTINE INSPECTION. THIS WRITER ARRIVED DURING THE PREP FOR THE LUNCH SERVICE. ALL FOODS WERE HELD AT THE REQUIRED TEMPERATURES AND ALL STAFF WERE OBSERVED TO PROPERLY HANDLE FOODS. THE KITCHEN AND ALL STORAGE AREAS ARE CLEAN AND ORGANIZED.
