NO VIOLATIONS OBSERVED TODAY. Facility is clean & organized. Temperatures maintain food safety. Observed good employee hygienic practices. - Covid19 face coverings consist of both face shield and mask worn together. - Workers may wear one or the other if difficulty breathing. - Oven and grill cooks are exempt from face coverings in ventilated areas due to possible extreme heat conditions that may present a health hazard to the employee. Facility has an active Covid19 employee health policy. Only one line in operation today to hold/ cold items packaged at distribution in brown bags or sealed hot trays. All other areas in substantial compliance.
