This is a change of ownership inspection for Bangkok Peppers located at 2221 E Hill Rd in the township of Grand Blanc. Menu is same as existing. No Changes to prior equipment. PIC demonstrated knowledge of safe food handling procedures. All holding temperatures found to be in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used. Observed proper hand washing and glove use while handling ready to eat foods. Payment of $720.00 for annual food license fee received via check by office on 03/05/2024. Check #1000 Receipt #5044 There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
