Core Item Repeat Repeat X2: Bison cold-top reach-in does not maintain proper holding temperatures as ambient temp is 47-53F towards front due to right door does not properly close tight, has broken gaskets and is taped to keep gasket on. There is ice build-up on back due to moisture entering from the loose door without a tight seal. Repeat 3X: Unit has been partially fixed but the doors do not close tightly and loosen off when opening.
