Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report,please contact your area sanitarian at 257-3603. Notes: The use of time as form of public health control was found in compliance. Good food temperature documentation was observed. Hot and cold food temperatures were found in compliance. A health policy is in place and is being enforced. The owner/operator may be considering a remodel in the not to distant future. The owner/operator shall submit a remodel application with the remodel fee prior to any construction taking place. There are no violations to report at this time. |
