| Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your Area Sanitarian at 810-257-3848. All violations form the previous inspection have been corrected as required. Notes: Keep hand sinks proper supplied with hot and COLD water. All food temperatures were found in compliance. A health policy is in place and is enforced. There have been no menu or procedural changes since the last routine inspection. A minimal amount of cleaning is needed: inner door grip on the reach in freezer and the flooring of the walk in cooler. |
