Core Item 3 TIMES REPEATED VIOLATION 1) Coldtop reach-in at grill has large ice block over the cooling fan and back wall surface. Temp is good for now but may soon break down if blockage is not removed soon. 2) Gasket on the walk-in cooler door is missing and door latch is broken. Facility is using a heavy weight object to keep the door closed tight and maintain proper temperatures.
1) Remove ice over the cooling fan to remove blockage and stress onto unit that may break down. 2) Repair missing gasket and door latch. Maintain equipment in good repair. Correct By: 16-Dec-2020
