Facility shall implement Covid19 employee health policy. (Provided emp. health screening form) Temperatures maintain food safety. Food, dry items, and equipment storage areas are clean & protected. Observed good employee hygienic practices. All other areas in substantial compliance. NO VIOLATIONS OBSERVED TODAY.
