The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Time as a control is being used for the boba with a 4 hour maximum. Facility is extremely clean and organized. Observed excellent active managerial control via cleaning logs. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Manager demonstrated proper allergen knowledge. Employees demonstrated excellent personal hygiene practices.
