Todays inspection was a pre-opening inspection for the NEW food service establishment. All cold holding equipment was found operating as safe food temperatures. Refrigeration unit thermometers have been provided in each unit. Adequate dry storage space has been provided as required. A test kit has been provided for the three compartment sink and the wiping cloth buckets. The hot water supply was verified. A serve safe certified manager has been provided as required. A finalized copy of the menu has been provided. The owner operator has decided to receive the cold press juice from their commissary instead of processing it in their facility. If this changes a HACCP Plan will have to be submitted for approval before it is put into action. Waste Receptacles have been provided as required. Final Plumbing Approval was achieved on 2/7/23 per City of Grand Blanc Final Mechanical Approval was achieved on 2/6/23 per City of Grand Blanc. Final Electrical Approval was achieved on 2/6/23 per city of Grand Blanc. Check # 00000005 for $720.00 was received by CG on 2/13/23 for their annual food service license. There are no violation to report a this time. You are approved to operate as the owner of this NEW food service establishment.
