| The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility has limited food menu that consists of deli meats and beverages. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration is being used. All foods are from an approved source. A follow up for violation FL.289.2129 shall occur no later than 60 days from date of inspection.
