| Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your area sanitarian at 257-3603.There was a power failure at 11:15. The PIC was instructed to keep all of the refrigeration/freezers units closed until the power is restored. Other than the orders that were already taken, no foods shall be prepared. |
