Check #2504 for $360.00 was received by CG today for the Food Service License fee. SOP's were found in order. All cold holding equipment was found maintaining safe food temperatures. A waste receptacles for garbage has been provided as required. Hand sinks have been properly supplied with soap and paper towel. A Serve Safe Certified Manager has been provided as required. A test kit has been provided for the monitoring of their sanitizer strength. There are no violations to report at this time. You are approved to operate as the NEW owner of this food service establishment.
