| This is a routine inspection. At this time, all cold holding temperatures are within the safety zone. The only foods served here are pre-packaged cookies from Crust bakery in Fenton. "BOBA" is not considered PHF. Proper date marking was observed. Test strips, food thermometers, and cooler thermometers are available. Employees observed using hygienic practices. There are no pest control services being implemented at this time; no pest activity observed at this time. Employee health policy in effect. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained.
