Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding the food code, please contact your Area Sanitarian.Regarding previously cited violations: 4-501.11 and 4-501.12 have been corrected as required. Notes: Date marking procedures were found in compliance. F.I.F.O. is practiced here. All food temperatures were found in compliance. Sanitizer levels were found in compliance. Good hygienic procedures were observed. There are no violations to report at this time. |
