| 1ST OPERATIONAL - NEW OWNER Anna was the PIC at an operational routine evaluation conducted today. Two (2) core violations were cited, one of which was corrected during the evaluation. The facility is very, very small; it was found to be sanitary & orderly. There is a health policy in effect. Good practices & policies are known & were observed to be in use. |
