The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility has reduced menu, precooked hot dogs are being served today. No raw cook off temperatures attainable. Facility is clean and organized. All holding temperatures within safety zone during inspection. All foods from approved source. Employee demonstrated proper heating for hot holding methods and temperatures. Proper glove use and hand washing practices observed. Sanitizer proper per manufacturer.
