These lines must be completely up out of the floor drain - an indirect connection via an air gap. Cut off the lines, which is actually the large PVC line down in the floor drain, so that it is up out of the drain by at least 1". THREE (3) CORE VIOLATIONS WERE CITED, ALL REPEATS. --THIS AGED FACILITY OVERALL WAS FOUND TO BE SANITARY & ORDERLY, WITH IMPROVEMENTS NOTED IN THE "BACK" KITCHEN/STORAGE AREA. -- A HEALTH POLICY CONTINUES IN EFFECT. GOOD PRACTICES & PROCEDURES ARE KNOWN. --THE KITCHEN ARCTIC AIR COOLER IS NOT WORKING & HAS NOT BEEN IN USE. THE BAR EAST COOLER JUST WENT DOWN & SERVICE HAS BEEN CALLED. --HAMBURGERS & CHEESEBURGERS ARE ALWAYS SERVED FULLY COOKED. --THE OWNER TOOK THE MANAGER'S CERTIFICATION TEST LAST WEEK & EXPECTS TO HEAR IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS RE: HIS RESULTS.
